Minutes of the Raintree Lake HOA Board Meeting
The regular meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Association was held on October 17th ,2023 at the association hall. The session began promptly at 18:30 hours with President, Mr. John Smith , presiding over the present board members.

The board engaged in several topics including the upcoming Halloween event, repairs needed to the swimming pool facilities and questions concerning regarding parking regulations.
The meeting was terminated at eight o'clock in the evening following a brief open forum for resident questions and comments.
Outlined Amendments to Raintree Lake HOA Bylaws
The Raintree Lake Homeowners Association is be presenting a few proposed amendments to the current bylaws at the upcoming scheduled meeting on July 15th. These proposed changes intend to address a range of issues raised by residents, including improvement of noise ordinances, and strengthening of community standards. Residents are strongly advised to carefully consider the alterations prior to the meeting, as input is essential in shaping the future of our community.

Important Update Landscape Maintenance in Raintree Lake
Dear Residents,
This is to inform you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. We are instituting several strategies designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.
Starting on early raintree lake homeowners association August, we will be making some adjustments to our landscape maintenance routine. This includes weekly trimming of grass areas and additional landscaping projects. Our dedicated team is committed to providing exceptional service to ensure that Raintree Lake remains a welcoming/delightful/picturesque community for all.
